Privacy Policy

Welcome to WSX Sports Stadium ("we", "us", "our", the "Site"). This page tells you what data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we automatically collect

When you visit the Site we automatically receive:

  • IP address (used to detect country/region for language and ad relevance, then discarded)
  • User-Agent string (browser, OS, version — for compatibility debugging)
  • Device type, screen size, language preference
  • Pages visited, referrer, timestamps of the visit
  • Approximate gameplay events (game start, level reached) aggregated by our analytics

We do not require an account to play, and we do not ask for your real name, email, or phone number.

2. Cookie categories & consent

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We classify them in three groups:

  • Strictly necessary — keep the site working (e.g. consent state, anti-fraud). Cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics — aggregate, anonymized usage statistics. Optional.
  • Advertising — used by ad partners to show ads and (with your permission) personalize them. Optional.

On your first visit we show a cookie banner. Your choice is stored for 180 days in localStorage under the key wsx-sports-stadium-consent as {choice:"accept"|"reject", ts:<unix-ms>, v:1}. You can change your choice any time by clicking Cookie settings below, or by clearing site data in your browser.

3. Advertising partners & data processing

We work with third-party ad networks (Google AdSense and similar providers) to keep the Site free. These partners may set cookies or read device identifiers to:

  • Decide which ad to show, and cap how often you see it (frequency capping)
  • Measure how many people saw or clicked an ad (aggregated reporting)
  • Show ads related to your interests (only if you accepted personalized advertising)

When consent is set to reject we instruct partners to serve non-personalized ads only — they may still use the page context (e.g. "racing game" page) for relevance, but they will not read prior browsing history or build a profile of you.

Personalized advertising requires explicit consent under GDPR (ePrivacy Directive) and similar laws.

4. Children's privacy (COPPA)

The Site is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data on the Site, contact us at support@northfivefun.com and we will delete it within 7 days.

5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on where you live you may have some or all of the following rights:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restriction — limit how we process your data
  • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Object — object to processing based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing
  • Withdraw consent — at any time, with no penalty (use Cookie settings above)

6. Data retention

  • Server access logs: 30 days, then aggregated and anonymized
  • Analytics records: 14 months (then aggregated)
  • Consent state: 180 days, then the banner reappears

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or to comply with new regulations. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect when it changed. Material changes (e.g. new data categories, new partners) trigger a re-prompt of the consent banner.
